Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of report submission, provided that the due diligence process has not yet commenced.

Refund Eligibility
Full Refund
Cancellation requested within 24 hours of submission and before the due diligence process has commenced.
Partial Refund (Discretionary)
If Maynaa is unable to complete the due diligence due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., inaccessible government records), a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
No Refund
Once the report or service has been delivered, accessed, or used — no refund shall be issued, regardless of the findings.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original source account used for payment.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days, or as per the recipient bank's timeline.
- Payment gateway processing fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- Report has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed by the User
- Cancellation requested after 24 hours of payment
- Incorrect, incomplete, or delayed property information provided by the User
- Dissatisfaction with the findings of the report (the report reflects factual, publicly available information)
