Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of report submission, provided that the due diligence process has not yet commenced.

Home Inspection Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
For all Home Inspection appointments and site visit bookings, the following rescheduling and cancellation policy applies:
At Least 24 Hours Prior — Full Refund / Free Reschedule
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection will be eligible for a 100% full refund or free slot rescheduling.
12 to 24 Hours Prior — Standard Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free of charge. For cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours prior, the initial booking advance is retained as a non-refundable reservation fee.
Within 12 Hours / Inspector at Site — ₹1,500 Visiting Charge
In case of cancellation or rescheduling within 12 hours of the scheduled inspection or after the Home Inspector has reached the site, a visiting charge of ₹1,500 will be applicable. The amount will directly be added to the due amount.
Document Due Diligence Refund Eligibility
Full Refund
Cancellation requested within 24 hours of submission and before the due diligence process has commenced.
Partial Refund (Discretionary)
If Maynaa is unable to complete the due diligence due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., inaccessible government records), a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
No Refund
Once the report or service has been delivered, accessed, or used — no refund shall be issued, regardless of the findings.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original source account used for payment.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days, or as per the recipient bank's timeline.
- Payment gateway processing fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- Report has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed by the User
- Cancellation requested after 24 hours of payment
- Incorrect, incomplete, or delayed property information provided by the User
- Dissatisfaction with the findings of the report (the report reflects factual, publicly available information)
